Full Mouth Dental Implants Can Rebuild Your Smile

Missing and decaying teeth can lead to discomfort and pain for millions of individuals, making simple daily activities like chewing, biting, and speaking difficult. It’s not uncommon to feel less confident and shy away from photos. At The Burkitt Center for Comprehensive Dentistry, we have helped patients throughout the Nolensville, TN, area restore and rejuvenate their smiles with full mouth dental implants.

Full mouth dental implants provide a permanent tooth loss solution that looks and feels like natural teeth. Our transformative approach seamlessly blends functionality and aesthetics so you can regain the ability to eat, speak, and smile with confidence. Say goodbye to the limitations and insecurities of missing teeth and embrace the transformative power of dental implants for a brighter, more complete smile!

How are Full Arch Dental Implants Different from Other Solutions?

Typically, the typical response to smile restoration is thought to be dentures. While dentures were once a go-to solution for many, they have since proved outdated. Dentures sit on top of your jawbone, promoting bone deterioration, and require messy adhesives and suction to stay in place. Unfortunately, it is common for the adhesive to fail during wear, causing shifting or “clacking” while eating or speaking. This movement can make removable options uncomfortable and less functional than natural teeth. Full mouth dental implants are a fixed solution to tooth loss that looks and feels like natural teeth.

Full arch dental implants are anchored directly into the jawbone, serving as an artificial tooth root and restoring at least 99% of bite function. Unlike removable options, full arch dental implants address an underlying concern regarding missing teeth and subsequent bone loss. Natural tooth roots support the surrounding bone, but when they are absent, bone loss begins. Dental implants restore the function of tooth roots and support the jawbone, thus preventing bone loss. As the gold standard in tooth loss solutions, full mouth dental implants are the answer to restoring your smile.

Our Dental Implant Options

Single Dental Implants

Experience the optimal solution for missing teeth through customized single dental implants, precisely crafted to address individual gaps or scattered tooth loss. These singular implants are meticulously designed to replicate the appearance and functionality of natural teeth.

Implanted securely within the jawbone, each implant is a durable substitute root, providing a stable foundation for a resilient ceramic crown. The result is a seamlessly integrated single implant that enhances the aesthetic appeal and ensures functional reliability within your smile.

Dental Bridges

Facing the loss of multiple adjacent teeth? Explore the option of a single, durable prosthetic to replace them seamlessly. Unlike individual posts for each tooth, this method involves anchoring multiple teeth to a minimal number of implant posts, typically one at each end of the prosthetic, adjusting to its size. This streamlined approach simplifies the surgical process, offering a cost-effective and enduring solution for replacing multiple teeth.

Implant-Supported Dentures

Implant-supported dentures offer a secure and stable solution for individuals who struggle with traditional dentures. By anchoring the dentures to dental implants surgically placed in the jawbone, they provide enhanced stability and eliminate issues like slipping or discomfort. These dentures offer improved chewing efficiency and speech clarity, restoring confidence and functionality to your smile. You can enjoy a more natural-looking and comfortable tooth replacement option with implant-supported dentures.

Full Mouth Dental Implants

Full mouth dental implants offer a complete reconstruction of your smile with durable prosthetics that remain securely in place, requiring removal only during routine cleanings performed by our expert team.

Enjoy having natural, healthy teeth restored with full mouth dental implants. With a natural look and feel, you can bid farewell to storing your teeth in a glass. Their permanent fixation enables the use of robust materials, allowing you to indulge in all your favorite foods without any limitations.

Am I a Candidate for Full Mouth Dental Implants?

Full arch dental implants are the best option if you are searching for a permanent tooth loss solution. The most essential prerequisite for dental implants is the presence of the necessary bone density. Since your full arch dental implants are inserted into the jawbone, bone density is the most determining factor in your candidacy. For this reason, most patients are cleared to proceed with dental implant surgery.

Utilizing innovative treatment approaches, we optimize bone utilization and facilitate the immediate placement of temporary teeth, minimizing the necessity for costly regenerative procedures and mitigating the risk of complications. During your full mouth dental implant consultation, we conduct a thorough oral examination and use digital diagnostics to address any underlying issues, such as untreated gum disease, ensuring your eligibility for dental implants.
